Facilities, Equipment, and Staff-includes Use of Facilities and Staff for Viewing/Visitation at the Funeral Home or Other Facility (per day), Use of Facilities and Staff for Funeral Ceremony at the Funeral Home, Use of Facilities and Staff for Funeral Ceremony at Other Facility, Use of Facilities and Staff for Memorial Service at Funeral Home, Use of Facilities and Staff for Memorial Service at Other Facility, and the Use of Equipment and Staff for Graveside Service.
Merchandise-including Caskets, Outer Burial Containers, Urns, Urn Vaults, Memorial Package, Flag Cases, Air Tay, Candles, Cremation Containers, Clothing, DVD, White Shirt, Necktie, Honorarium, Organist, Soloist, Hairdresser.
Special Charges-include Forwarding Remains to Another Funeral Homes and Receiving Remains from Another Funeral Home.
